Frequently asked questions
What can’t I use Epidemic Sound music for?
Our music is intended to be used as background music to support your audiovisual or podcast content. For example, you may not publish our music for listening purposes only or make edited or remixed versions of our tracks available via any platform. Please see the terms & conditions applicable for your subscription for more information.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, with effect from the last day of the then-current subscription period, at which point your subscription will expire and you will no longer be charged.
What happens to videos distributed after cancellation?
All videos published during an active subscription will be cleared forever, provided the channels have been properly safelisted. Any videos published after the subscription period has ended will not be cleared. Resubscribe at any time to access all your music and start publishing again.
