LONELY.ROBOT is the sonic playground of producer and artist Jack "Auxjack" Mason, an outlet where he pushes beyond his staple of lofi, synthwave and ambient post-rock to explore the depths of modern hip-hop/rock collaborations and guitar-driven emo-trap. With choppy yet atmospheric guitar and key samples, big 808s and bass, a blend of live drums and electronic drums, and tight trap hi-hats, LONELY.ROBOT crafts the perfect soundtrack for epic comebacks and climactic scenes. Inspired by the instrumental energy of MGK, the poppier side of Linkin Park, and Imagine Dragons crossover tracks, this project thrives on blending gritty, emotive guitar lines with hip-hop-style sampling and a mix of live and sample-based drum production to create a raw, "gear-up-for-battle" sound.
