About
Auxjack’s 'Currents' is the middle release in a triptych of EPs, each of which explores different emotions, textures, and scenes that inspire the Los Angeles lofi producer and multi-instrumentalist. 'Currents' is all about hazy summer feels and the glorious languor of a hot day spent floating downstream, perhaps with beverage in hand. The EP’s three songs—the loping, wooden rhythms 'Top Line', the 6/8 psychedelic soul of 'Flow Downstream', and the manipulated major key acoustic guitar fingerpicking of 'Spill It'—depict Auxjack’s vision of life on the lazy river.
