“Microstroll,” a standout from Brooklyn-based hip hop producer Jobii’s new instrumental album “Full Tank,” sounds as though it takes melodic shards of Fleetwood Mac’s “Gyspy,” deconstructs them, and refracts them through a dusty kaleidoscope. “Microstroll” is all about building and layering colors to create a relaxed atmosphere. As always, Jobii is pushing the sound of lofi hip-hop forward.
