What is a student license?
A student license gives students and teachers full access to Epidemic Sound’s catalog and features. The license only covers school projects and classroom content, which can be published on YouTube and submitted to film festivals. However, monetization is not included.
How do I sign up?
Your school needs to contact us for a free Education Program Partnership. Once approved, all teachers and students get free access — students receive license invitations from their teachers or admins. If you’re a student, ask your teacher or school to contact us.
How do I get commercial publishing rights?

How do I sign up for a student license?
To access a student license, your university or school must have an Education Program Partnership with Epidemic Sound. Your teacher or administrator will send an invitation for you to access the student license. If your university/school doesn’t have an Education Program Partnership with us, please request it from your teacher/university and encourage them to reach out to us directly by filling out the form.
