Studio is available in the Adobe Premiere Pro plugin
Epidemic Sound’s AI-powered Studio, which automatically creates synced soundtrack drafts for your videos, is now seamlessly integrated into your workflow.
Instead of uploading a video to the website, you can now select a part of your video directly within the Premiere Pro plugin. This means you can stay in your workflow and create a cohesive soundtrack draft even faster.
What does the update include?
- Access Studio directly in Adobe Premiere Pro. Choose the portion of your video you want to soundtrack using in and out points within the Premiere Pro plugin.
- Automatically create a draft soundtrack complete with music, sound effects, and transitions, all synced to your chosen video segment.
- Get a head-start on sound design with an intuitive tool that saves hours of searching and matching.
- Download and sync instantly to your timeline. With one click, all tracks and sound effects are added to the correct spot on your Premiere Pro timeline.
- Automatic asset management stores all necessary audio files in a folder of your choice. The assets are color-coded — green for music, purple for sound effects — for visibility on your timeline.
Soundtrack drafts are built with authentic, original music from our world-class catalog, blending the speed of AI with tracks by real artists.

Stems are now live in Adapt
Adapt is an AI-powered tool that lets you customize Epidemic Sound’s world-class tracks, tailoring elements like mood, length, genre, style, and instrumentation. With stems, you can get even more detailed.
What does the update include?
- View all available stems for each track, including instruments, melody, bass, and drums.
- Adapt one or several stems at a time, telling Adapt how each should sound.
- View all the different adaptations you’ve created for each stem. This helps you quickly switch between your adaptations, mix and match, and try out different ideas. Love the medieval drum stems you adapted, but want to bulk out the melody with a slice of...epic trumpet? Adapt’s got you covered.
- Mute or change your stems’ volume to find a mix that works for you.
- Playback is seamless, making it easier to test different combinations.
- What you hear is what you get. Downloading the full mix represents all your choices made in the Adapt workspace.
- Generate missing stems. If you love a track but it’s missing certain stems, Adapt can fill in the blanks.
Like every AI feature in the Epidemic Sound toolkit, Adapt was developed in collaboration with our community of artists and creators. These tools were built to empower human creativity, not replace it.
Adapt makes our artists’ work even more accessible, paying them through our yearly $1 million Adaptive Soundtrack Bonus when their adapted tracks are downloaded. Adapted tracks are covered under the same watertight license as other Epidemic Sound tracks.
