From the frenetic glitchy beats of "GAYZING" to the laser sound effects on "Ypsilon", Rocket Jr's new EP of hyperpop instrumentals is literally out of this world. The title track "Spacelag" is on the chilled end of the spectrum, serving up a sound effect-laden melody over a trap beat. Despite the sheer amount going on, the whole track is kept in line with Rocket's note-perfect production. It's clearly not the first time she's been to the cosmos!
