Ballpoint flexes the range of his electronic production chops on his EP “Pack a Punch,” which spans from the bright futurism of Working on Dying- and Pi’erre Bourne-indebted rage music on the front end to wobbling, psychedelic house on the back end. In the middle, “Stay On Top” sounds like a trapped-out Postal Service tune.
